We have been keeping bees since 2015. We started with 2 hives and slowly grew from there. We are currently keeping our population between 60 and 80 hives. We have four bee yards, all on organic farms in the Brigden/Sombra area. There are hayfields and pastures at all of these sites which would be the main influence on our honey's flavour.
Nucs
In 2024 we started selling nuc hives. These are 4 frame starter hives with a new laying queen. They come in a portable box to transport to their permanent home in your own bee boxes. $268 each, with a $50 deposit required upon ordering. Pickup will be late May/early June in 2025.
